Local Pick-up is available. Please choose 'Store Pick-up' at checkout. Per our policy, your order will need to be picked up within 7 business days of the date we have advised you that your order is ready. NO HOLDS. Processing time and 2-5 business day delivery still applies to store pick up orders as well.
ALL customized requests will start out at a $20 upcharge. If it is something that is not offered on the website it is considered a customized request and will be subject to the upcharge. If you order anything from the website and advise of a customized request you will receive a separate email with an invoice for the upcharge.
If you would like your sweater/shirts to be distressed (and you do not see the option on the site) there will be a $10.00 upcharge for DISTRESSED ONLY. Anything else such as design changing, color changing, etc. will be subject to the $20 upcharge.

Under NO circumstances, will refunds be given on services. If a client cancels services rendered from ALL THINGS DESTINEY THE BRAND, LLC. , Please note that you have forfeited all money for that service. The ONLY time a service will be refunded is if our company contacts you advising that it couldn't be completed. If timelines are delayed, our company WILL contact you. That does NOT mean you are entitled to a refund. Please make yourself familiar with our policy before booking with us.
